Fees:

• One-time deposit - thedeposit is refundable if conditions below are met:

Return Deadline:

• Return the complete box set to CakesBerlin Studio - Urbanstraße 6, 10961 Berlin, by 2 PM on the Tuesday following your delivery

Schedule Your Return:

• Use the text box below tobook your return time (if needed, you can change it later, up to 1 week prior tothe date of your event)

Deposit Refund:

• Refund is processed within7 days after return, if:

• The box is returnedon time

• All items arecomplete and undamaged

Important Notes:

• The box is reserved for future orders -late or damaged returns may reduce or cancel your refund

• Missing parts (like lids, ice packs) also count as damage

• If you need help or an exception, reach outbefore your return date
