WHEN SHALL I BOOK MY CAKE?

Weddings can be booked up to a year in advance! We usually recommend booking at least 6-8 months before weddings, as the wedding season typically books up very quickly and we can only take so many events each weekend.

The cost of your cake is based on the starting prices listed under ‘number of servings’ in the form. The final price will depend on the complexity of the design, customization, and additional elements like flavor combinations or outsourced flowers.If your budget is below the listed starting prices, we invite you to explore our Ready-to-Order WEDDING COLLECTION which features specific, beautiful designs in CakesBerlin’s signature style.

Think about the moment you bite into a piece of your wedding-cake: what do you wanna taste? Chocolate? Vanilla? A mix of flavors with a fruity touch? Our cakes are moist, not too sweet, and layered with cream based on fresh cream and creamcheese. The outside coat is Swiss Meringue Buttercream.You can order our Sample box - A 7-flavor box, created for you to try our best selling flavors before making the big decision for your special day!Get to know everything about our flavors via the flavor list.

Allergens & special diets

We offer several vegan options.Gluten free options available only as add-on of a small cake on the side (or cupcakes) but not as the main cake. Keep in mind gluten cross contamination might occur.Our lactose free flavours are all vegan.We have one nutty flavor (Peanut-butter chocolate), therefore you should know our kitchen is not nuts free.

We work with a trustworthy courier company who deliver our cakes to venues up to 2 hours drive from our studio in Kreuzberg. The fee varies depending on the distance & season.Alternatively, you can ask a friend or family member to collect the cake for you - we will guide them on the best way to ensure the cake will make it safely to the venue.

As soon as we find the sweet spot and agree on all the details of your wedding cake, an invoice will be sent to you.Once the payment has been received - your cake is booked.

We’ll reserve your date for two weeks while we refine the design, discuss florals, and match your vision. Once all details are finalized and agreed upon, we’ll send you an offer.
