What’s Included:

Fees:

• One-time combined rental (€ 30) + deposit (€ 80) charge at checkout (deposit is refundable if conditions below are met)

Return Deadline:

• Return the complete box set to CakesBerlin Studio - Urbanstraße 6, 10961 Berlin, by 2 PM on the Tuesday following your delivery

Schedule Your Return:

• Use the text box below to book your return time (if needed, you can change it later, up to 1 week prior to the date of your event)

Deposit Refund:

• Refund is processed within 7 days after return, if:

  • The box is returned on time

  • All items are complete and undamaged

Important Notes:

• The box is reserved for future orders - late or damaged returns may reduce or cancel your refund

• Missing parts (like lids, ice packs) also count as damage

• If you need help or an exception, reach out before your return date
